Making a blog post on Christmas Eve because that’s how badly I want to cross things off my to-do list this long weekend! Just some photos from a post-Thanksgiving walk at the Sandy River Delta off-leash dog park while Dan and Elsie were both still in town. Cody disappeared for a long time, maybe the longest he’s ever been gone. He came back with blood on his face so he must have found something to… play with. And then more pictures from the backyard and the gorgeous little Japanese maple out front.

Not much going on around here. A very quiet and relaxing holiday. (Well now that yesterday, the day for parties, is behind us.) In fact, I am exhausted from doing pretty much nothing today except a very leisurely 2-hour walk at Sauvie. So going to open my one gift now and then off to bed!
