Nathaniel and I have been together for almost eight years. Our wedding day will be our 2,826th day together. We met when we were children, we grew up together. This is a huge part of our story, everyone in our life knows it, but sometimes it feels like such an integral part of my memories of us that it fades into the background. When I really think about it, I am proud. Nathaniel is truly my best friend. I love him entirely, thoroughly, with my whole heart.

For many months, I’ve been going through all our pictures together to make into collages of each of our years to have on display somewhere at our wedding. Some of them I hadn’t looked at in a long time, and I discovered some new favorites. The collages aren’t perfect, but I really love them anyway.
